A series of instructional guides to make DIY less intimidating with Character.

As the project lead, I worked directly with Character’s co-founders and product
experts to build 8 step-by-step project guides. They established a touchpoint for ongoing email capture and the foundation of Character’s learning center, which continues to be a key brand differentiator.
